Accident Overcut of Timber Coverage

Provides coverage for property damage arising out of the accidental overcut of timber. Occurrence limitation and a participation (deductible) apply.

Logging and Lumbering Operations Coverage

1. Property damage of others due to fire
2. Automobile damage coverage

Provides $100,000 for damage to the property of others due to a fire (subject to a per-claim deductible). Also provides coverage for damage to the auto of someone else caused by loading and unloading (subject to a per-claim deductible).

Logging Equipment Coverage (part of Inland Marine Coverage)

Provides flood coverage and a waiver of depreciation on a partial loss.

Contractors Limited Pollution "Work Site" (part of General Liability coverage)

Provides Business Insurance, Property Damage and Environmental Damage coverage caused by a pollution incident on a work site. (The limit available is $100,000 and is subject to a $1,000 deductible for each incident.)
