Larry Gorman

Larry Gorman serves as Chief Claims Officer of BITCO Insurance Companies, a position he has held since January 2024. He oversees the company’s Claims Department and brings over three decades of claims handling experience with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.

Larry joined BITCO in May 1992 as a Claims Trainee and quickly advanced through a series of claims roles across multiple offices, including St. Louis, Charlotte, Baltimore, Rock Island, and Home Office Claims. His leadership trajectory includes positions as Claims Representative, Claims Manager, Claims Administrator, Vice President – Line of Business Officer for Workers’ Compensation, and Senior Vice President of Claims.

Larry holds a Bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University, where he attended on a basketball scholarship, and has earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Claims (AIC) designations. Outside of work, he enjoys doing work around the house and is a proud parent of three children.
