Jessi Wyre

Jessi Wyre serves as Chief Underwriting Officer for BITCO Insurance Companies, where she is responsible for managing corporate underwriting operations.

Jessi began her career with BITCO (then Bituminous Insurance) in 2008 at the Rock Island, Illinois office. In February 2009, she transferred to the San Antonio, Texas office to serve as an Underwriter. In July 2013, she moved to the Little Rock, Arkansas office, where she assumed the role of Underwriting Supervisor following the retirement of the previous manager. Her leadership continued to grow, and in March 2019, she transferred to the Atlanta, Georgia office to oversee East Region Underwriting as Vice President of Underwriting. In August 2024, Jessi relocated to Davenport, Iowa to lead Corporate Underwriting as Senior Vice President, and in May 2025, she was promoted to Chief Underwriting Officer.

Throughout her career, Jessi has specialized in underwriting for the construction, forestry, and oil and gas industries. She holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.

Outside of work, Jessi embraces adventure and describes herself as an adrenaline junkie—she has gone skydiving and would gladly do it again!
