Vince Lamb

Vince Lamb currently serves as CEO of BITCO Insurance Companies in Davenport, Iowa, a role he has held since his promotion from President in 2012. His insurance career spans nearly four decades, beginning in1986 as an Underwriter with United Fire & Casualty Company. From1991 to 2011, he advanced through multiple leadership roles at BITCO's sister company, Great West Casualty Company, including Underwriter, Underwriting Manager, VP of Underwriting, and President of Joe Morten & Son, Inc., an agency owned by Great West Casualty Company.

A University of Iowa Finance graduate, Vince holds the Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation. He and his wife Melissa have three daughters: Madaliene Kerr (married to James, with grandchildren Ambrose and Marlowe), Maureen, and Mallory (married to Logan). A southwest Iowa native, Vince is passionate about outdoor activities including camping, skiing, hiking, biking, hunting, and fishing.
