Marcus Cooper

Marcus Cooper serves as Chief Operating Officer of BITCO Insurance Companies, a position he assumed in 2025. In this role, Marcus oversees day-to-day operations and partners with senior leadership to drive operational efficiency, innovation, and business performance across the organization.

Recognized as a customer-focused and collaborative executive, Marcus brings extensive expertise in revenue growth, operational excellence, and profitability. He is committed to fostering a culture of high engagement, talent development, and strategic collaboration, ensuring that BITCO continues to deliver exceptional service and value to its clients.

Outside of work, Marcus serves on the Executive Committee of the Board for Metropolitan Family Services, supporting programs that strengthen families and communities. He is equally dedicated to mentoring and developing the next generation of insurance leaders.
