[Picture of the Pastor] God has shown us His love in so many ways. His greatest demonstration of love was in sending His Son, Jesus, to die on the cross. His shed blood paid the penalty for our sins, and made eternal life possible. Anyone who places his faith in Christ as personal Savior will be saved.

In response to God's love, at Vermontville Bible Church, we are committed to praising and worshipping a God who is worthy. We would encourage you to join us in any of our worship celebrations.

Pastor Dan Smith grew up in Lapeer, Michigan. He has a B.A. degree from the University of Michigan, and a Th.M. (Masters in Theology) from Dallas Theological Seminary. He has been in the ministry since 1978, and pastor in Vermontville since 1983. He is married, and has four children. He is also a chaplain in the Michigan Army National Guard.



How To Get To Heaven:

Acknowledge your sin and just condemnation before a holy God. "For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God" Romans 3:23 "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." Romans 6:23
Believe that Jesus Christ, who was God in human flesh, died to fully pay the penalty of our sins, and rose again. "For God commendeth His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." Romans 5:8 "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved." Acts 16:31
Confess Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, receiving Him into your life. "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved." Romans 10:9
